Thank you for choosing Vaultiverse! We are committed to shipping your collectibles quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and track your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

  • High-volume periods may require additional processing time.

2. Pre-Order Shipping

  • Pre-order items will ship 3–5 business days after the official release date.

  • Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may change.

  • Once released, pre-orders enter our normal fulfillment process and ship within the 3–5 day window.

3. Shipping Locations

Vaultiverse ships to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • International destinations

Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 1–7 business days

  • Canada: 1–5 business days

  • International: 3–14 business days

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, local postal processing, or seasonal volume.

5. Shipping Rates

  • All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier, and order weight.

  • Vaultiverse may periodically offer discounted or promotional shipping rates.

  • Free Shipping on orders $150 and up — select Flat Rate at checkout (when available).

6. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.

Vaultiverse is not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Packages returned for incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, customers are responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Vaultiverse is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Stolen packages after delivery

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. We can assist when possible, but refunds cannot be issued for carrier-related delivery issues.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

  • These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are non-refundable.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Vaultiverse uses fraud prevention and order verification systems.

We maintain documentation for each order, including:

  • Tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Shipping and billing details

  • Communication history

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with full supporting evidence.
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
